                     DESIGN REVIEW FORM

As stated in the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R), all additions, alterations or modifications of any building or other improvement which would change the exterior appearance of a unit or lot must be approved in advance by the Design Review Committee (DRC).  This includes painting your home, additions in either the front or back of your property or anything else that can been seen from the street or your neighbor.

The DRC is made up of your neighbors and meets ONLY on the first Tuesday of each month. Requests need to be submitted at least 5 days previous.  Please plan ahead.  Waiting for the last moment will simply mean a delay in your project until after the next DRC meeting (perhaps a month away). 

If you are going to do any work that requires DRC approval (and almost everything that can be seen from the street or by a neighbor DOES need advance approval), please submit this form.

In addition to this form, please send an accurate drawing using your lot dimensions to outline the exact location of the proposed improvement. For room additions or for any modification that must tie into the roof line, an elevation of the proposed structure must also be attached. All work must be completed in a timely manner. 

Also, should you submit for an addition, wall extension, or other significant modification to your property that would require a permit, the DRC respectfully requests that you provide the Association with a copy of your city permit.

All submittals will be reviewed as soon as possible, and you will be notified in writing of the DRC’s decision.
