HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
The Homeowners Association (HOA) of The Lakes at Castle Rock is a non-profit organization consisting of 431 homeowners and governed by a Board of Directors. The Board consists of 9 member/residents. The purpose of the HOA is to assure that all CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions) are adhered to, to guide the association, and to maintain all amenities. This is vital in that the HOA assures each and every homeowner the protection of maintaining their property values.
